Good piece here Alistair. I talk about the fact it used to take a 100 people to build 1 car and today, it's probably 1 person who can build 100 cars.

It is what it is but if you look at the call center and back offices workers around the globe, if you could automate just 10% of what they do, whilst they are doing it, the competitiveness / profitability goes through the roof. You get 800 people doing the work of 1000 or each worker working 20%-30% fast through "desktop" automation - you are effectively turning PEOPLE into their own robots.

Hi has anyone a UK contact for these people

I have been trying to move my web site to another provider
The Call centre in The Philippines said i could only do so if I pay for another two years as I have gone 3 days over my contract so I am advised I have to pay for another two years.
Reading these blogs and other internet reports I am reluctant to pay anything as it appears they cannot be trusted to take correct amount

As a Local Councillor I want to use every weapon in the armory to hold them to account

I think you need to update the rss url in wordpress, when I click the rss button in my browser it still points to http://feeds.feedburner.com/workforceinabox . Of course if you using feedburner as a third party proxy for your feed, then there is no need for anyone to update anything, you just need to login to feedburner and make the old one point to the new one.

Apologies if I have submitted a comment already. I'm literally fuming as a result of the service I have received from these scam artists. £150 taken from my account without permission for services I don't want or need. The rude tosser on the end of the phone made it clear I haven't a hope in hell for a refund. Please do yourself a favour and avoid these chumps
